We are a group of child therapy and development specialists in the fields of psychology, neuropsychology, and social work dedicated to applying best practices to children and families.


Billie Harber, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, LCSW
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Harber works extensively with children and parents of children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and behavior challenges. She is a SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) provider, has received training in ADHD, and is a certified Zero to Three Trainer in The Growing Brain.

Carey Hitchcock, MA, MSW
Clinical Social Work Resident
Ms. Hitchcock received her master’s in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and is pursuing her licensure as a clinical social worker. She has more than fifteen years of experience working with children and families in the school system as a teacher.

Uzma Baig, M.A., NCC, LSC
Resident in Counseling
Ms. Baig brings 16 years of experience in education, including 12 years as a school counselor, and holds a Master’s in Counseling from Virginia Tech. She specializes in guiding families through school-based social and emotional complexities, partnering with them to unlock a child’s strengths.

Amanda Pellegrino, M.Ed
Resident in Counseling
Amanda Pellegrino, M.Ed., is a Resident in Counseling who works with children, adolescents, and families. She earned her Master of Education in School Counseling from the College of William & Mary and has experience supporting children in both elementary and middle school settings.
